Group Classes

Work out with other women and bring your little other! Our classes are made for pregnant and postpartum women who want to get strong in a safe and supportive environment.

Workshops

We deliver practical and evidence-based workshops designed to support women through key stages of life. These sessions are created to empower women with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to move their bodies safely and effectively, whether they’re navigating pregnancy, early recovery, rebuilding strength, or getting back into a consistent routine.

Our goal is to take the guesswork out of movement, so women can feel confident in what they’re doing and why - without the overwhelm.

One-on-one

We develop tailored and individualised exercise programs depending on your experience, goals and ability.

We are mobile and can come to you! We service the Perth Metropolitan area.
