Postpartum Exercise Workshop

Join us for a supportive and empowering morning designed just for mums in the postpartum season.

This gentle informative workshop will help you feel more confident and reassured about returning to exercise after having a baby. Together, we’ll explore what’s realistic for your body right now- without pressure or overwhelm.

We’ll cover:

  • understanding your pelvic floor

  • Common postpartum challenges (and how to work through them)

  • A simple exercise checklist to guide you

  • Easy and practical exercises you can start at home

Most importantly you’ll be surrounded by other mums who truly get it- creating a space that is safe, supportive and judgement free.

Please bring comfortable clothes and a yoga/exercise mat. Your babies are always welcome!
