Group Training- Strength classes

Our classes are designed for mums and mums-to-be. All our classes are pregnancy and postpartum safe!

Classes are designed to incorporate strength based training with a strong focus on breathing, technique and understanding pelvic floor muscle engagement.

You are welcome to bring your bub however please note that you will be responsible for them during the class (there is an unsupervised creche area where they can play).

Time: 10 am (45min)

Details: This 10 week block of classes will focus on building strength using body weight and resistance weights. All exercises can be individualised by your Exercise Physiologist. During the booking process you are required to complete a pre-exercise screening form to assist us in designing our programs with you in mind.

Tailored Fitness is a well structured gym with a wonderful community. We are lucky to be able to use their gym and their equipment. They have a room where little ones can play whilst your work out. They also have a cafe onsite!
