Mat Pilates classes

Our classes are designed for women to workout in a safe space with a focus on movement, strength and community. All our classes are pregnancy and postpartum safe!

Our Pilates classes are designed to incorporate strength around the ‘centre’. Our centre is an important part of our body to help stabilise and control our body’s movements. We have a strong focus on breathing, technique and understanding of pelvic floor muscle engagement.

You are welcome to bring your bub however please note that you will be responsible for them during the class (there is an unsupervised creche area where they can play).

When: Commencing July 20th, 2026

Time: 10.40 am (45min)

Details: This 10 week block of classes runs alongside the school term. Class is run by an Exercise Physiologist, Jess, and exercises can be modified to suit needs. During the booking process you are required to complete a pre-exercise screening form to assist us in designing our programs with you in mind.

Cost: $25 per session. The term is paid in full during the booking process. If you and a friend sign up together contact us for a discount code that you can both apply at check-out 👭
