How can we help?

We know that pregnancy is such a personal and precious time of your life and it can be daunting trying new exercises or going to community group fitness classes. We educate and empower you to modify your physical activity as your bump grows.

We take away the fear and work with you to move your body. As qualified Exercise Physiologists we know how your body changes during and after pregnancy and we design workouts made for YOUR body.
